YEREVAN. – Azerbaijan breached the truce, at its borders with Armenia and the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic, over 1,350 times in April 2013.

The Azerbaijani Armed Forces made use of sniper weaponry close to 200 times and large-caliber weapons, around 50 times—including large-caliber sniper weaponry, about 40 times—Armenian MOD press service informs.

As a result of Azerbaijan’s breach of the truce, three Armenian military servicemen were wounded.

In March, Azerbaijan had violated the ceasefire close to 1,300 times. Aside from sniper weaponry and large-caliber weapons, however, one case of using an antitank hand grenade was recorded, as well. But there were no casualties or injuries from the Armenian side.
