YEREVAN. – In March, close to $4.3 million were cashed and about $7.8 million-worth non-cash transactions were conducted abroad with the cards that were issued by Armenia’s commercial banks.

According to the Central Bank bulletin, in March, a total of approximately $12.1 million-worth transactions were conducted abroad with the cards that were issued by the commercial banks in Armenia.

As a result, the number of aforesaid card-based transactions that were conducted abroad increased by about 25 percent in March, as compared to the previous month.
