As a result of police actions and explanatory work, Arman M. (born in 1984) came to a police precinct on Thursday at 12:30pm, the Police press service informs.
He confessed that he was the driver of the aforesaid hit-and-run and he was driving a Ford at the time.
The reports on this incident are sent to the Traffic Crimes Examination Department.
