YEREVAN. – Azerbaijan breached the truce, at its borders with Armenia and the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic, about 1,130 times in May 2013. 

The Azerbaijani Armed Forces made use of sniper weaponry close to 170 times and large-caliber weapons, around 70 times—including large-caliber sniper weaponry, about 50 times—the Armenian MOD reports.

As a result of Azerbaijan’s breach of the truce, one Armenian military serviceman was wounded.

In April, Azerbaijan had violated the ceasefire close to 1,350 times. It used sniper weaponry close to 200 times and large-caliber weapons, around 50 times—including large-caliber sniper weaponry, about 40 times.
