YEREVAN. – A delegation, led by Mayor Taron Margaryan of Armenia’s capital city Yerevan, headed to Riga, Latvia, on Friday for an official visit.
Along the lines of the visit, Margaryan and Mayor Nils Ušakovs of Riga will sign a memorandum on Yerevan and Riga becoming brotherly cities, the Yerevan Municipality press service informs.
To note, prior to his trip to Latvia, Taron Margaryan was in Saint Petersburg, Russia, within the framework of the Yerevan Days celebrations.
