FM Linas Linkevičius of Lithuania, which is the chairing country at the Council of the European Union, had stated Thursday that he will meet with Armenia’s Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian.
The talk between the two FMs was slated for Friday, but it will not be held.
“We see changes in Armenia. We respect all changes, we understand the situation and do not make it dramatic.
“Incidentally, tomorrow I will meet with Armenia’s FM, which likewise is a good sign.
“We will discuss the situation. The situation is not dramatic.
“The aspirations could be less than before, but what has been done since 2008 should not be lost, since it is an investment,” the Lithuanian FM had said Thursday, Delfi.lt reports.
