YEREVAN. – Armenia’s Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan, who is in China on a working visit, met with his Bulgarian counterpart, Plamen  Oresharski. 

At Oresharski’s request, Sargsyan presented the overall economic situation in Armenia, and informed that the government of the country had succeeded in securing an approximately-7-percent economic growth last year.

In turn the Bulgarian PM noted that Armenia recorded a quite impressive indicator because even several European countries were unable to secure such indicator, informs the Armenian government press service. 

Reflecting on bilateral relations, the interlocutors underscored the need to strengthen business ties.  

Tigran Sargsyan and Plamen  Oresharski also discussed a number of matters of mutual interest.
