VILNIUS. – Armenia will be represented, on November 28 in the Lithuanian capital city Vilnius, at the Eastern Partnership Business Forum that will be held within the framework of the Eastern Partnership Summit.

Deputy Director General Gintaras Morkis of the Lithuanian Confederation, which is a forum organizer, stated the above-said to news reporters.    

In response to the Armenian News-NEWS.am reporter’s query with respect to the prospects of establishing business ties following Armenia’s announcement on joining the Customs Union, Morkis—who is also an employer—noted that not much will change between Armenia and Lithuania in terms of trade. But he stressed that Armenia will lose a lot in terms of coordinating its laws with the European standards.     

To note, Minister of Economy Vahram Avanesyan is expected represent Armenia at the Eastern Partnership Business Forum.
