March 31, President of Nagorno-Karabakh Republic Bako Sahakyan participated in the opening ceremony of a new building of the Stepanakert school #1, constructed by the “Save the Children” organization jointly with the NKR government.

At the ceremony Bako Sahakyan awarded the President of the United Armenian Fund, Vice-Chairman of the Lincy Foundation Harut Sassounian with Medal of Gratitude, NKR Presidential Information department informs NEWS.am.

Primate of the Artsakh Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church Archbishop Pargev Martirosyan, NKR Parliament Speaker Ashot Ghulyan, Premier Ara Harutunyan and other officials were present.
