YEREVAN. – An Armenian National Assembly (NA) delegation, led by NA Speaker Hovik Abrahamyan, on Wednesday will head for India on an official visit.   

The delegation will travel to India at the invitation of Speaker Meira Kumar of Lok Sabha (House of the People) of the Parliament of India, informs the NA press service. 

Within the framework of his visit to India, Abrahamyan will meet with President Pranab Mukherjee, Lok Sabha Speaker Meira Kumar, and Minister of External Affairs Salman Khurshid.

In addition, the visiting Armenian delegation will attend the sessions of the Lok Sabha and the Senate of the Parliament.
