Estonia backs Karabakh conflict settlement through negotiations, said Estonian President Toomas Hendrik Ilves in the course of his April 7 meeting with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, who is in Tallin on an official visit.

He expressed confidence that Aliyev holds the same opinion. “The peace should be geared not the war, which means conduct negotiations patiently in order to achieve a peaceful settlement to Karabakh conflict. And this may entail a comprehensive peace treaty,” Estonian president stated.
