STEPANAKERT. – The adversary violated the ceasefire, at the line of contact between the Karabakh-Azerbaijani opposing forces, around 220 times in the passing week.
On December 22-28, more than 1,300 shots were fired in the direction of Armenian positions, informs the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) MOD press service.
The NKR Defense Army vanguard units, however, remained committed to the ceasefire agreement, and took actions only in case of extreme necessity.
