April 15, Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin held a phone conversation with his Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan, RF PM’s Press Attaché Dmitry Peskov told journalists.

According to him, the officials discussed topical issues on bilateral trade and economic cooperation.

Same day, Putin talked to Kyrgyz and Kazakh leaders over the phone. He discussed Russia-Kyrgyzstan economic partnership, as well as the current situation in the country with new Kyrgyz leader Roza Otunbayeva.

“Putin and Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev discussed development of bilateral cooperation and the situation in the region,” RIA Novosti quotes Peskov.
