YEREVAN. – The treaty on Armenia's accession to the Eurasian Economic Union does not mention Karabakh, Economy Minister Karen Chshmarityan said.
Asked whether there will be a customs checkpoint between Armenia and Nagorno-Karabakh, Chshmarityan said the officials had repeatedly stated there is no mention of it in the treaty.
“All international treaties that the Republic of Armenia has been and is signing are related to the Republic of Armenia only,” Chshmarityan added.
The treaty on Armenia's accession to the Eurasian Economic Union was signed on October 10 during the meeting of Supreme Eurasian Economic Council in Minsk.
