YEREVAN. – Azerbaijani saboteur Hasan Hasanov who was neutralized during arrest participated in the interrogation of Armenian soldier Hakob Injighulyan. This was revealed during the trial.
This once again proved that Hasanov was working for Azerbaijani special services.
The hearings into the case of two Azerbaijani saboteurs continue in Nagorno-Karabakh. Dilham Askerov and Shahbaz Guliyev face numerous charges, including that for a murder. The third member of sabotage group Hasan Hasanov was neutralized during arrest.
On the night of August 8, 2013, Armenian soldier Hakob Injighulyan (born in 1991) had gotten lost and found himself in the territory under the control of Azerbaijan. He was handed over to the third state, but later came back to Armenia in October. Former captive said Azerbaijanis threatened to kill him if he expressed willingness to come back to Armenia.
