American Co-Chair of teh OSCE Minsk Group James Warlick shared details aboit his meeting with the speaker of Karabakh National Assembly Ashot Ghulyan.

“As a Minsk Group Co-Chair, I value my discussions with all sides in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict,” James Warlick told APA agency.

“We discussed the importance of reducing tensions in the aftermath of the November 12 incident along the Line of Contact, and the need for the sides to make progress in negotiations on a lasting settlement,” he said.

On November 12 Azerbaijani armed forces shot down a Karabakh helicopter that was operating a training flight.
