YEREVAN. – The American national currency (USD) exchange rate against the Armenian dram (AMD) was AMD 475.63/$1 in Armenia on Thursday; this is up by AMD 0.69 from Wednesday.

The exchange rate for one euro was AMD 524.91 (up by AMD 0.58), that of one British pound was AMD 732.14 (up by AMD 0.26), and the rate of one Russian ruble was AMD 8.33 (down by AMD 0.02), informed the press service of the Central Bank of Armenia.

One gram of silver, gold and platinum amounted to AMD 229.22, AMD 17,715.62 and AMD 15,536.53, respectively.

The NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange, however, saw no USD trading on Thursday.
