YEREVAN. – The American national currency (USD) exchange rate against the Armenian dram (AMD) was AMD 476.35/$1 in Armenia on Friday; this is up by AMD 0.72 from Thursday.

The exchange rate for one euro was AMD 531.89 (up by AMD 6.98), that of one British pound was AMD 737.68 (up by AMD 5.54), and the rate of one Russian ruble was AMD 8.41 (up by AMD 0.08), informed the press service of the Central Bank of Armenia.

One gram of silver, gold and platinum amounted to AMD 229.22, AMD 17,715.62 and AMD 15,536.53, respectively.

The NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange, however, saw no USD trading on Friday.
