YEREVAN. – Priority areas for cooperation will be discussed during the second Armenia-France business forum in Paris this November, French Ambassador Jean-François Charpentier told reporters.
One of the priority areas is agriculture where clear programs exist. The Ambassador pointed to participation of France as a supplier of agricultural equipment, facilities for the development of viticulture, greenhouses, as well as assistance. Among the other areas, the diplomat named tourism, urban infrastructure, health care.
Asked about the possible involvement of France in the construction of a new nuclear power plant unit in Armenia, Ambassador noted that this issue is not on the agenda.
