Russian businessman German Sterligov who settled in Karabakh has arrived in Moscow.
Describing his visit to Moscow, businessman called it “intelligence”, Rossiya 24 reported.
“My visit is a kind of intelligence. I hid my family and came to see whether everything is ok,” he said. “We want to live in Russia as we are Russians and we do like it here”.
The businessman plans to hold several meetings in Moscow to decide whether he wants to come back to Russia or not.
