EREVAN. – The American national currency (USD) exchange rate against the Armenian dram (AMD) was AMD 479/25$1 in Armenia on Thursday, a 0.84 point rise as compared to the previous day.

The exchange rate for one euro was AMD 522.53 (down by AMD 4.63), that of one British pound was AMD 748.35 (up by AMD 1.31), and the rate of one Russian ruble was AMD 8.42 (down by AMD 0.03), informed the press service of the Central Bank of Armenia.

One gram of silver, gold and platinum amounted to AMD 230.05, AMD 17,679.42 and AMD 15,701 respectively.

No foreign currency transactions were registered at NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange.
