YEREVAN. – The foreign trade turnover of Armenia has dropped by 29.8 percent in the first half of the current year, as compared to the 32.3-percent reduction from January to May.

According to the National Statistical Service data, the rate of decline in the country’s exports and imports has slowed down.

The foreign trade statistics for January-June are incomplete due to unfinished compilation of mutual trade indicators between the Eurasian Economic Union countries (Armenia, Russia, Belarus, and Kazakhstan), and these statistics are subject to adjustment sometime thereafter.
