YEREVAN. - No personnel changes are expected on the eve of the constitutional changes [in Armenia], Armenia’s Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan today told Armenian News – NEWS.am.
“We carry out rotations, since the experience acquired during many years allows using one’s powers in other areas as well. No personnel changes are currently expected,” Ohanyan said.
