A Toyota Prado had gone off road, on the Goris-Stepanakert motorway between Armenia and Nagorno-Karabakh, and tilted to its side in the lowland of Khndzoresk village in the Syunik Province of Armenia, on Sunday at 2:40pm.

As a result, the driver and a passenger had suffered injuries and were taken to hospital.

But the other passenger, Anush Buniatyan, who was born in 1985, had lost her life on the spot.

An investigation is underway into the accident.
