The Mexican law enforcement has apprehended Martín Navarro Escutia, who heads the “New Generation Jalisco” drug cartel.
This cartel operates in the state of Guanajuato, wrote Informador newspaper.
Navarro Escutia, 40, is accused of terrorist activities and theft of fuel, reported Lenta.ru, a Moscow-based online newspaper.
