At least 13 people died and 17 sustained injuries in a massive explosion in the center of Afghanistan today, Pajhwok information agency reports.
According to the preliminary information, the reason behind the tragedy was the attack of a suicide bomber in Parwan province. At least one local police officer died, TASS reports.
