YEREVAN. - The President of Armenia, Serzh Sargsyan, on Wednesday extended congratulations to President Toomas Hendrik Ilves of Estonia.

Armenian News-NEWS.am has learned from the Press Office of the President that Sargsyan expressed his best wishes on the anniversary of the Estonian National Day, the Independence Day.

Estonia achieved its independence from Russia on February 24, 1918, the day the Estonian Declaration of Independence was issued and the Republic of Estonia was established.
