A wild lion attacked a man, being frightened by the noise of traffic, in the Kenyan capital, Nairobi, Reuters reports. The victim was taken to hospital, while the lion was taken to a reserve on the edge of Nairobi.

A male lion strayed into rush hour traffic on the city street, the Kenya Wildlife Service said. The special services had caught the animal after the images of lion on the outskirts of the capital were posted on social media, Newsru reported.

Before experts managed to catch a lion and return it to the Nairobi National Park, he managed to cause injuries to the elderly man. Apparently, the attack has been provoked by the noise of the beeping cars that frightened a lion.
