A Lufthansa Airbus A380 plane nearly collided with a drone that flew over the aircraft when it was approaching the Los Angeles International Airport.

The dangerous situation has occurred at the height of 150 meters, RIA Novosti reported. The unmanned aerial vehicle has passed in 60 meters from the plane flying from Frankfurt to Los Angeles. Pilots safely landed the plane that was not damaged.

The operator of that vehicle has obviously violated rules which forbid similar devices to come closer, than eight kilometers to the airport without a corresponding permission. It is not reported how many people were on board.
