As a result, the owners of these vineyards will have to move to other areas, or just quit their profession.

And researchers at Harvard University have come to the conclusion that climate conditions have changed in France’s winemaking centers of Champagne, Burgundy and Bordeaux ever since 1980, and this has affected the local grape harvest.

Even though the changes are not radical at first glance, now it is already clear that the harvests are taking place two weeks earlier as compared to 1980, according to the BBC.

But if temperatures continue to rise, this will be followed by less favorable consequences.
