YEREVAN. – Armenia underscores the work of the field missions by the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE).

Head of the OSCE and Conventional Arms Control Division at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) of Armenia, Vahe Gevorgyan, stated the abovementioned at Wednesday’s conference devoted to the German OSCE Chairmanship in 2016.

In his words, Armenia productively cooperates with several OSCE organizations, including the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (OSCE/ODIHR).
Gevorgyan noted that the OSCE is an important platform for cooperation, and first and foremost, in terms of universal and indivisible security.

“The OSCE member countries may have different values, various degrees of cooperation,” he said. “But they all shall pursue one interest: to create and maintain a secure international environment.”
