YEREVAN. – The Central Bank of Armenia (CEC) and the German government-owned KfW Development Bank on Thursday signed the fourth phase of the “Development of sustainable housing finance market” program loan agreement, with a total amount of €20 million.

CEC informed Armenian News-NEWS.am that the relevant loans will be provided by way of commercial banks and loan companies.

The loans will be channeled to mortgage loans and energy efficiency mortgage loans in capital city Yerevan and the provinces. 

In addition, technical assistance is envisioned, under which respective consulting will be provided to the beneficiaries of this program.
