STEPANAKERT. – Independence of the Nagorno-Karabakh must be recognized not only by Armenia, but the international community, Karabakh Foreign Minister Karen Mirzoyan said.
He emphasized that this is the only effective method to restrain Azerbaijani encroachments, Artsakh TV reported.
As reported earlier, during his meeting with the ambassadors of the OSCE member states President Sargsyan said Armenia may recognize Karabakh’s independence unless Azerbaijan stops aggression against NKR.
