OSCE Minsk Group will start a meeting on Karabakh in Vienna at 3p.m. local time (5p.m. Yerevan time), representative in OSCE office told Armenian News-NEWS.am correspondent.
Later a meeting of special OSCE Permanent Council dedicated to the situation in Karabakh wil be convened on the initiative of the German chairmanship.
OSCE will issue a statement following the meeting of the OSCE Minsk Group.
