YEREVAN. – Azerbaijan has not achieved anything, even strategically.

The Minister of Defense of Armenia, Seyran Ohanyan, noted the abovementioned at Wednesday’s Cabinet meeting.

“Let me note that the information flows that some [Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR/Artsakh)] settlements are under the adversary’s [i.e. Azerbaijan] control, these settlements—Talish, Nor Seysulan villages—are located deep within the NKR Defense Army,” Ohanyan said. “Tactically, the control, the initiative and the chances of opening fire in several places in the south, north and center—in the more intense spots—are under the control of the respective divisions of the Defense Army.”

Seyran Ohanyan stressed that all this was accomplished thanks to the Armenian military servicemen, commanders, and volunteers.
