YEREVAN. - Domestic policy and military-political issues do not fall within competence of the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC).

Vache Gabrielyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for International Economic Integration and Reforms of Armenia, said the aforementioned in the parliament today, responding to the question of the opposition MP Tigran Urikhanyan.

According to the MP, the EEC Board Chairman Tigran Sargsyan must inquire from Kazakhstan PM why they are giving preference to Azerbaijan and NATO member Turkey, going against Armenia, which is a CSTO and EAEU partner.

Gabrielyan said that such a question can be asked neither at the council nor during higher level meetings: “This goes beyond the authorities of the Eurasian Economic Union”.
