Russia wants to convince the world that only it can solve the Nagorno-Karabakh issue, TVN24, a Polish news channel, reported citing Reuters news agency.

“Russia’s strategy is based on convincing the international community that solely Russia can control the situation in the region,” TVN24 noted. “It wants to not only again control the South Caucasus, but also to show its rival, the United States, that only it has the key to resolving this long-standing conflict.”
