YEREVAN. – The German embassy in Armenia got familiarized with the Armenian party’s reports on the cases of torture toward the bodies of dead [Armenian] soldiers, German Ambassador Bernhard Matthias Kiesler told reporters on Tuesday.

“Now, I can’t say anything about it,” the diplomat added. “The [Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) Minsk Group] co-chairing countries [i.e. Russia, US, and France] are closely following these reports, but there are no mechanisms for progress yet.”
