Ukraine accused the member states of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) - Armenia, Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, and Kyrgyzstan - in the systematic violation of the rules and regulations of the World Trade Organization (WTO) during anti-dumping, anti subsidiary, and special safeguard investigations , and required to terminate the malpractice .

The Ministry of Economic Development and Trade states that Ukrainian delegation at the meeting of the WTO Committee on Anti-Dumping Practices , held on 25-28 April in Geneva, drew attention to the participants to the violations of the WTO rules during the investigations made by the EAEC countries, reports "Rosbalt". 

According to the Ukraine side those violations put legally and economically unreasonable restrictions on the access of the Ukrainian goods to the markets of the EAEU countries.

Ukrainian delegation notified that the anti-dumping investigation of imports of bars, ferrosilicon manganese and steel pipes of the Ukraine production into the territory of the EurAsEC are made with violation of several provisions of Art. 2 (determination of dumping), 3 (determination of damage) and 5 (procedure for initiating and conducting investigations) of the WTO Agreement on the Application of Art. VI of GATT 1994 and the GATT.

It is also noted that during the meeting the Ukrainian delegation claimed   Armenia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and the Russian Federation to abolish the  EAEC decision on introducing anti-dumping measures , to terminate the investigation of  ferrosilicon manganese without introducing restrictions, and to stop the revision of anti-dumping measures on steel pipes without the extension of their validity.

During the meeting, the representatives of the EAEC Member States did not provide any explanations to the questions raised by the Ukraine side, but promised to provide written answers the nearest future.
