The Tajik President Emomali Rahmon signed a decree which officially marks November 16 as President’s day, reports Russian News Service. A day off is announced for the holiday. As earlier reported, Tajikistan's lower chamber approved the constitutional amendments which allow unlimited re-election of the president.
