VIENNA. - The meeting between the President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan and High Representative of the EU for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Federica Mogherini has kicked off, Spokesperson for the Armenian President Vladmir Hakobyan wrote on his Twitter page.

The meeting between the Armenian and Azerbaijani presidents with the foreign ministers of the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairing states – Russian FM Sergey Lavrov, French FM Jean-Marc Ayrault and the U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry – is also planned to take place in Vienna.
