The meeting between the High Representative of the EU for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Federica Mogherini and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev took place in Vienna Monday, RIA Novosti reports.
The talks on Nagorno-Karabakh conflict settlement, co-hosted by the foreign ministers of the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairing states (U.S., Russia and France), will also take place in Vienna Monday. Armenia and Azerbaijani Presidents will take part in the meeting for the first time.
