An Oscar-winning Hollywood actor Robert De Niro will open a boutique hotel in the center of London. The Sky News reports that the city council has provided an appropriate permission to him. There will be 83 rooms in Wellington Hotel, as well as a SPA salon, a restaurant, a club, and a salesroom.

According to Gazeta, the plans of De Niro to open such a hotel in the British capital became known in early 2016. The actor said that London is one of the world's brightest and most cosmopolitan cities, and it is logical to open such a hotel in the heart of the city  - Covent Garden. The construction of the hotel will begin in 2017. The opening is scheduled for 2019 . 73 -year-old De Niro is the owner of Manhattan 's Greenwich Hotel in New York as well.
