The founder of SpaceX Elon Musk commented on the explosion of the Falcon 9 rocket together with the satellite, which took place on September 1, reports the Gazeta. “Loss of Falcon vehicle today during propellant fill operation. The issue is originated around upper stage oxygen  tank, "wrote Maske on Twitter. He added that the causes of the explosion are not yet known, but promised to inform new details later. 

As reported earlier, Falcon 9 rocket exploded during a test on the launch pad of Cape Canaveral in Florida. As a result of the explosion an Israeli satellite, which was expected to send to the  orbit, was also destroyed.
