An unusual incident took place in Japan. The bear, who attached the local fisherman, was forced to flee, since , as it turned out, the man was a great master of karate techniques, reports the  Informing referring to the Mainichi.

63-year-old man went for fishing in a mountainous river.  An Asiatic black bear approached the fisherman, but the former karate pensioner, despite his age, managed to counterattack the predator. As a result, the bear had to flee, whereas the fisherman had received only a few scratches.
