18 -year-old resident of Austria has sued her parents, because they uploaded her photos without in the social network without her permission, reports the Local. According to her, her life since 2009 has turned into a hell, after her parents began posting photos in their Facebook page, including photos of " awkward and intimate" moments of her childhood. The lawyer of the woman said that 500 photos were posted without the consent of his client and added that they have a good chance to vin the case.

The woman claims she requested her parents remove her photos , but they did not. " They knew no shame and no limit—and didn’t care whether it was a picture of me sitting on the toilet or lying naked in my cot—every stage was photographed and then made public," she complained, noting that she was tired of the fact that her parents do not take her seriously. According to her lawyer, if their manage to prove that the pictures had violated her right to privacy , her parents will lose the case, and she will receive a financial compensation for her sufferings.
