The Russian President Vladimir Putin has confirmed his participation in the Normandy format meeting to be held on October 19 in Berlin, reports the RIA Novosti. The spokesman of the Russian president Dmitry Peskov informs that the extended work of the assistants to the heads of states has made the meeting possible. Peskov explained that in Berlin the leaders will "coordinate the timetable of their actions," but it is still impossible to talk about certain agreements.  He stressed that Russia is still convinced about importance of implementation of the Minsk agreements, and first of all of the political part that Ukraine must fulfill.
