The Kremlin announced that Russia has not been involved in any illegal actions against Montenegro. Yesterday Montenegro's general prosecutor Milivoje Katnić announced that there was no evidence of Russian’s involvement in planning terrorist action on the day of parliamentary elections. On 16 October, there were arrested 20 citizens of Serbia in Montenegro on suspicion of preparing a terrorist attack. The Kremlin announced in late October that there was no verified information about expelling a group of Russians from Serbia suspected of planning a terrorist attack in Montenegro.
