Passenger and freight trains collided in Luxembourg: more than six people were injured, RIA Novosti  reported quoting Essential radio station.

According to some information, the accident happened at around 09:00 in the city of Dudelange.

As the police noted, six people suffered minor injuries. Train service is suspended, buses are sent to the scene. The movement will be suspended until the end of Tuesday.

According to one of the train passengers, before the collision of trains there was one more incident: a car tried to cross the path and created a barrier. 
An investigation is underway.
