United Nations (UN) Secretary-General António Guterres is concerned about the exacerbation of the situation at the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict zone, and he calls on all sides to refrain from any actions that would undermine the ceasefire agreement and urges the resumption of substantive negotiations.
